Change in habits

What does it take to make lifestyle changes? I have been wondering about this for a few years. I think there are four essential ingredients:

  1. You need to really want to do this, have a goal that is extremely important to you

  2. Have the discipline to accomplish the goal

  3. Don’t be demoralized by failure. Try again!

  4. Have the support needed in family or friends
