A lot of news recently about new medications to treat Alzheimer's disease. I think more focus should be on the prevention of dementia. This is a figure about modifiable factors to prevent dementia. It is estimated that modifiable factors contribute to about 40% of the risk of dementia. Improving these risk factors also helps pretty much everything else in the body.
