I usually write about the podcasts that I have been listening to every year. This year I don’t have any new podcasts. But I found a really good journal: Philosophical Transactions B of the Royal Society. For each issue they have a theme and most articles are free/open access. The issues discussing: “Systems neuroscience through the lens of evolutionary theory” and “Perceptual consciousness and cognitive access” are outstanding.
